Granite is 50% Argentine and 50% Temeco project/Argentine type Chilean. He is tall, has large bone, and so much fiber you cannot see his toes. His sire is the great Argentine Fresco, the Don Zunca son owned by Randy and Tara Cipriano. We love this boy, thanks to Sally and Jeff Rucker for selling him to us!

This athletic male is SLA kured and has extreme suri fleece locked to the skin. He passes his head, ears, fiber coverage, and heavy bone, and low micron count to his offspring. He is extremely gentile and easy to handle. His sire is an appaloosa, and even though he appears white he is actually a dilute appaloosa himself. About 33% of his babies are appaloosa. Goose Valley Llamas has retained some of his daughters and they are crossing extremely well with the Nut Cracker Line. Our future looks bright with Full Throttle as our main man! Royle is a rare Argentine Suri cross. His sire is the bold and substantive " Argentine Trevelin" of the great "Argentine Saltarin" line. His dam is a high luster tightly locked suri that was in the latest importation from Chile. Royle carries attributes of both sire and dam: Substance, bone, correct conformation, fiber coverage, and suri fiber. He is also unrelated to nearly every other llama in the USA, providing valuable new genetics to our breeding program and the national llama herd at large. His first cria is a colorful tightly locked suri female owned by Iris Lane Llamas of Oregon. We want to send a big thank you to Barb and Dwayne Flinn of Cloud Peaks Llamas for selling us Royle. We feel Royle will provide us with unlimited interesting genetic material to add to the future generations of our llamas.

His genetics are superior and include RAR Richochet, Don Juan Quixote, Leroy Brown, and Barrister. His tight lock suri fiber comes from his Paternal grandma Peruvian Steph (dam to Secret Weapon). His babies are great and are now winning in the showring. His babies are sweet like he is! Thanks to Caroline Gardener of Winsome Llamas for allowing this great male to come and live with us!
