Shearing and Toe Trimming Services for Western Washington and Western Oregon.
Jacob grew up with literally grew up with llamas and has been shearing them professionally for 13 years.
To our knowledge he is the ONLY professional shearer in the Northwest who will shear llamas and alpacas without a chute for llamas or rope restraints for alpacas, which makes our services extremely popular with many small herds who do not own these devices (in fact improperly designed chutes and rope restraints CAN be dangerous to animals, we have heard of more then one having broken bones with other shearers, in one case the animal had to sadly be euthanized).
We have developed a technique which is gentile on the animal, and SAFE!
We shear for many single llamas and alpacas for people, and have done herds of 100+.
Our service basic area is shown on the map below. We have traveled to California, Louisiana, and Texas Shearing. We also sheared in Montana when we lived their briefly. If the number of animals permit, we will travel out of the area below.
When traveling more then 50 miles from home we try to schdule many farms in the same day, please fill out form for more info...

Pricing (no min $ per farm)
Farm call/Travel fee - $35 covers MANY areas. Other areas $40 and up...
Llama or Alpaca Shear - $35 ea for the first 10. $25 each additional llama or alpaca.
Llama or Alpaca Toe Trim - $8 with a shear or $12 without
Goat or Sheep Toe Trim - $12 ea.
